“You will be my WITNESSES”

We are living in an era of unprecedented change but praise the Lord, His purpose and intent to save the lost remain the same since He commissioned His disciples 2000 years ago to “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” (Mark 16:8) and “you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

“You will be my WITNESSES” – the word “witnesses” resonate with the heartbeat of Dehes Minstries. We are aware of the turbulence and uncertainty of living life in a more demanding and challenging world today. The urgency and need to proclaim the Gospel has never been more critical in these last days.

In Dehes Ministries, we dedicate ourselves to be God’s witnesses so that the lost may at least have an opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. In doing what we do, we face obstacles when we witness to the lost but by the grace and mercy of God, we are committed to march forward to fulfill His calling to reach the unreached in Central Kalimantan Indonesia.

When we witness to the lost, we do not merely just preach the Gospel. We go beyond that because we want to make a difference to the people’s lives. We work together with the locals to build public facility, we send them to clinics should they need medical care and we resource them so that they can explore new ways of generating income to sustain their livelihood. For God’s servants, we build churches, residence for the pastors and mission base to facilitate the ongoing ministry in Central Kalimantan.

Please support us in prayer for all our pastors and workers. I extend my invitation to you to join us in this very exciting journey of doing His great and mighty work in Kalimantan. Let us all be WITNESSES for Jesus in this world!
